The Service runs hypothetical simulations against historical market data. Its output — including probability-of-ruin estimates, projected wealth ranges, and any other figures the Service produces — is a model of possible outcomes, not a prediction, forecast, or recommendation. Past market performance, including the historical data the Service simulates against, does not guarantee or indicate future results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ignigrade LLC and its operators are not liable for any losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service — including financial losses resulting from decisions informed by the Service's output.

The Service, including its design, code, simulation algorithms, branding, and original content, is owned by Ignigrade LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, circumvent its usage limits, or use it to generate or distribute unlawful content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
